PiCraft โบ Payments and refunds

Nothing is free. Every effort comes with a small price. Items such as UPSC Maths Optional Paper II subject PDFs are unlocked per subject after payment.
How paying works
- The item and its price are shown before you pay. Pay online by UPI, card or netbanking.
- After the payment is confirmed, the item unlocks in your account. PiCraft does not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
One-week refund policy
- You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your payment.
- Write to thepicraft.academy@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your registered mobile number and the payment ID.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
If something goes wrong
- Charged but not unlocked: wait a few minutes and refresh. If it is still locked, contact us with your registered mobile number and payment ID.
- Paid twice for the same item: contact us for the duplicate payment.
