Privacy policy

Picraft Learning Hub ("PiCraft", "we"), Noida, Delhi-NCR, runs thepicraft.com and the PiCraft website. This page explains what information we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number and email address. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name and verified email.
• Your PIN: stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form, never in readable form. Repeated wrong PINs temporarily lock the account.
• Study progress: topics opened, practice, quizzes, notes and goals, so you can continue on any device.
• Miju questions: the text, photos and links you give Miju, used to produce a reply. Please do not put sensitive personal details in them.
• Payments: we receive a payment confirmation, not your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Basic visit statistics: aggregate page-view numbers.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and send sign-up and reset codes by email.
• To save your progress and show your dashboard.
• To answer your questions through Miju and unlock content you paid for.
• To keep the site running and fix problems.

Your choices

• To correct or delete your account and its data, write to thepicraft.academy@gmail.com from the email or number you registered with.
• Log out from the menu to clear your session on a shared device.

Your PIN

Please keep your PIN to yourself and do not share your login.
