Tanmay Gupta says that if you understand the concepts, NEET is not a big task. He built on NCERT textbooks and his teachers' revision notes and treated board exams and NEET as one preparation, not two.
During coaching he studied 4 to 5 hours on his own, and about 8 hours on days without classes. He kept one hour of daily exercise and relaxed with light TV serials.
In the last month he shifted mostly to full-syllabus mock tests along with textbook revision. In the exam he did Biology first, then Chemistry, and kept over an hour and a half for Physics.
